Needle felting, is a technique that uses barbed needles to attach wool fibers to felt by hand stabbing it over and over hundreds of times.   It’s a little hard on your hands, but very good for releasing emotions! These are then embellished with cotton embroidery threads, ribbons, metal embellishments, and beads.
